We send reminders for domain renewals 60 days, 30 days and 7 days before the renewal date.
If you are not receiving these emails, please login to your account and check that your email address in your profile is correct and up to date.
To renew your domain, follow these simple steps.
1. Login to your account.
2. select "My Domains" on your account page
3. Your domains will be listed, next to each domain you will see two buttons Manage and Renew. Simply click the Renew button. This will add the domain renewal to your shopping cart.
If you wish to automatically renew your domains, you must have loaded your account with funds. Simply use the Pre-Pay facility in your account then set your domain to Auto renew. The domain will automatically renew 35 days before the due date. If you do not have sufficient credit in your account to renew your domain, it will not renew.
