Security is paramount at Raid Host and to ensure that your site is secure, we run regular automated server wide virus scans.
If one of our automated systems detects a problem with your site, our support team will be in touch to investigate and resolve the problem.
1. Login to your cPanel account
2. Under the Advanced section, click on Virus Scanner
3. Now to start a new scan, select the type of scan you want, in this example we're doing Scan Entire Home Directory, then click on Scan Now
4. After the scan is complete there will be a list of infected files in the Infected Files: section
5. We recommend you clean or destroy any infected files, but if you have any doubts please contact the support team
6. You should now see the clean up process complete page
